Welcome to InnoKids Park. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, classes, services, and SMS notifications. By accessing our website or enrolling your child, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Name & Description
InnoKids Park SMS Notifications
This program sends class reminders, registration confirmations, schedule updates, announcements, emergency alerts, and customer support messages.
Message frequency varies.
Message & data rates may apply.
2. Enrollment & Registration
By registering a child for any program, class, event, or service at InnoKids Park, you confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered
- All information provided is accurate and up-to-date
- You consent to communication regarding classes, payments, schedules, and important updates
3. Payments & Billing
By completing registration, you agree to our payment terms:
3.1 Payment Requirements
- All class and program fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed via the payment method you provide.
- You agree not to dispute charges that follow these Terms.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are issued only according to the following rules:
- Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours before the class start date
- No refund for missed classes
- No refund for same-day cancellations
- If a class is canceled by InnoKids Park, you may choose a refund or credit
3.3 Late Payments
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Automatic cancellation of registration
- Suspension of participation in classes
4. Child Safety & Participation
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree:
- Children must follow safety instructions at all times
- Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of health concerns, allergies, or special needs
- InnoKids Park is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
- Participation is limited to children who are fully potty-trained. A parent or guardian must stay on the premises throughout the visit.
5. Health & Emergency Policies
- You authorize InnoKids Park staff to act in the best interest of your child in emergencies
- You accept financial responsibility for emergency medical services if required
- Sick children must not attend classes
6. Parent Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Drop off and pick up your child on time
- Provide accurate contact information
- Notify us of schedule or personal information changes
- Ensure your child arrives in appropriate attire and with required materials
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the website
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Upload harmful or malicious content
InnoKids Park reserves the right to block, suspend, or remove accounts for misuse.
8. SMS Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliant)
8.1 Opt-In
Users opt in by completing forms on https://innokidspark.ca and selecting the consent checkbox.
You agree to receive SMS notifications and updates from InnoKids Park.
8.2 Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP”.
You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS will be sent.
8.3 Rejoin
To rejoin, submit a new form on our website.

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers strictly to support messaging operations (e.g., customer support), but your consent and opt-in data will remain confidential.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or messaging consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Photo & Video Policy
By participating in InnoKids Park activities, you grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of your child to be used for educational or promotional purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at info@innokidspark.ca.
11. Cancellations & Rescheduling
InnoKids Park reserves the right to:
- Cancel classes
- Change schedules
- Replace instructors
Parents will be notified via SMS or email if changes occur.
12. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- InnoKids Park is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation
- You assume all risks associated with recreational or educational activities
- InnoKids Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
